Keep the appointment you booked months ago
Can I turn a text message appointment reminder into a calendar event?
Yes. Screenshot the message or forward the confirmation email, and the appointment comes back as an invitation you can add.
What you send
A screenshot of a text message, or a forwarded booking confirmation email

What happens next
An appointment booked months ahead is the one most likely to be lost, because nothing reminds you between booking it and missing it. The invitation carries the address, so the reminder arrives with everything you need to get there.
Your calendar may add the invitation automatically, or may ask you to accept it or open the attached invite file.
Limits that apply here
- Muffin does not contact the clinic, confirm the booking, or reschedule anything. It only prepares the invitation.
- A screenshot counts as one page. A pro email may include up to 10 pages and 20 MB.
- A forwarded confirmation email needs no attachment at all, because the text carries the details.
