Terms of Service

1. The service

ToMyCal is an email-to-calendar service. You send or forward an email to add@tomycal.com, and ToMyCal prepares calendar invitations from the event information it finds and emails them back to the address you sent from. ToMyCal does not connect to, monitor, or modify your mailbox or your calendar.

2. Using the service

You may use ToMyCal only with content you are entitled to send. You are responsible for the content you submit and for reviewing every invitation before relying on it. You may not use the service to send unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, to submit content on behalf of someone who has not asked you to, or to attempt to circumvent allowances, rate limits, or security controls.

3. Accuracy and your review

ToMyCal uses automated interpretation, including AI processing, to identify event details. It can be wrong, and it may decline to create an invitation when information is unclear. You are responsible for checking dates, times, timezones, and locations before you rely on an invitation. ToMyCal is not responsible for a missed or mistaken appointment.

4. Allowances

Free use includes the first 10 successful emails sent from an email address, each of which may include one supported attachment page up to 10 MB. A successful email is one email that produces at least one calendar invitation, counted once regardless of how many invitations it produces. The free allowance is one-time and does not reset. Free use is also subject to an abuse control of 5 analyzed submissions per rolling 24 hours, and stops after 30 analyzed submissions over the lifetime of an address whether or not they produced invitations.

Pro use includes 100 emails per monthly usage cycle. An email counts toward this total once it is processed, whether or not it produces a calendar invitation. Pro also includes 100 attachment pages per cycle, with up to 10 pages and 20 MB per email. A submission may produce at most 20 calendar items.

5. Payment and renewal

Pro access costs $3.99 per month. Frontier costs $999 per year and carries entitlements identical to Pro; it exists for those who wish to support the service and confers no additional features, now or later. It is a purchase of service. It is not equity, it does not convert, and it confers no ownership. Both renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; ToMyCal does not receive or store your card details.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and paid access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. You may request deletion of your ToMyCal records at any time.

7. Availability and changes

ToMyCal is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, and we may suspend an account that abuses the service or endangers its operation. Where a change materially reduces what you have paid for, we will tell you.

8. Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, ToMyCal's liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

9. Privacy

Use of ToMyCal is subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains what is processed, by whom, and what is retained.
