Save Muffin

Make the next forward quicker

When an email includes a date you want to keep, forward it to Muffin.

Saving Muffin as a contact means the address autocompletes the next time you forward something. Everything on this page is optional, and every submission stays a deliberate action you take.

Download the contact

A standard contact card containing only the name Muffin at ToMyCal and the address add@tomycal.com.

Open the downloaded file to add it to Google Contacts, Apple Contacts, or Outlook.

Or copy the address

add@tomycal.com

The address never changes, so it is safe to save anywhere you keep contacts.

Saving the contact by hand

If you would rather not download a file, create a new contact in your usual contacts app with these two fields:

Name
Muffin at ToMyCal
Email
add@tomycal.com

An Outlook shortcut: Forward to Muffin

Outlook lets you create a Quick Step, which is a button you press yourself. It does not run in the background and it does not forward anything on its own.

  1. On the Outlook Home tab, find the Quick Steps gallery.
  2. Choose Create New.
  3. Name it Forward to Muffin.
  4. Choose the Forward action.
  5. Enter add@tomycal.com as the recipient.
  6. Save it.

Select any email and press the Quick Step to forward it to Muffin. Outlook still shows you the message before it sends, so you stay in control of every submission.

What ToMyCal will never ask you to set up

ToMyCal does not configure or recommend automatic forwarding rules, mailbox rules, inbox access, or background submission. A rule that forwards mail on its own could disclose unrelated messages and create mail loops, so it is not part of how ToMyCal works.
