Turn a season or class schedule into separate invites

Can one email create several calendar events from a schedule?

Yes. Every session becomes its own invitation, keeping its own date, time, and venue, and the whole email still counts as one successful email.

What you send

A one-page season or class schedule, forwarded as text or attached as a single PDF page or photo

Sample content

  • Riverside Youth Soccer — Spring game schedule
  • Sat, April 11 — 9:00 a.m. vs Cedar Park, Riverside Community Field
  • Wed, April 15 — 6:15 p.m. vs Northgate, Northgate Athletic Complex
  • Sat, April 25 — 11:30 a.m. vs Lakeview, Riverside Community Field
  • Tue, May 5 — 5:45 p.m. vs Cedar Park, Cedar Park Fields, Austin, TX

What happens next

A real schedule is not a repeating event. These four games fall on different days, at different times, at three different fields, so each one becomes its own invitation rather than a weekly repeat you would have to correct afterwards.

Your calendar may add them automatically, or may ask you to accept each invitation or open the attached invite file.

Limits that apply here

  • A free email may include one attachment page up to 10 MB. This one-page schedule fits.
  • A submission may produce up to 20 calendar items. A longer schedule needs a narrower selection.
  • Four invitations from one email still count as one successful email.
